In these Terms, the term “Website” refers to Digi-Tech Solution website and all associated services, including but not limited to the text, images, graphics, user interfaces, and other content provided through our site.

Digi-Tech Services

Service Description

Digi-Tech Solution offers a diverse range of services, including but not limited to Logo & Graphic Design, Application Design & Development, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, and Affiliate Branding. Clients (“Clients”) can submit project descriptions, design concepts, or other materials (collectively referred to as “Creative Briefs”) for processing. Clients may request revisions (“Revision Briefs”) to customize the output to their preferences. These services are delivered based on the package selected by the Client. Final outputs are developed iteratively through a cycle of Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs, and final approvals to meet the Client’s specifications.

Creative Brief and Responses

Clients are responsible for crafting and posting detailed descriptions for each Creative Brief on the Website, including relevant samples and deadlines. A term sheet (“Term Sheet”) will be generated for each project, outlining the terms and conditions established by the Client. Digi-Tech Solution reviews each Revision Brief or Term Sheet for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. The company reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse any Creative Brief or Term Sheet that does not meet its standards or guidelines.

Reviewing Responses

Upon receipt of a draft or output from Digi-Tech Solution, Clients must review it promptly. Failure to notify Digi-Tech Solution within a reasonable time that the output does not meet the Term Sheet or Creative Brief requirements will be deemed as acceptance of the output. If a draft is deemed unsatisfactory, the Client should submit a Revision Brief on the Website with details on the required amendments. Digi-Tech Solution will then provide a revised draft that incorporates the requested changes. Digi-Tech Solution is not responsible for the content of final outputs beyond ensuring they align with the provided Creative and Revision Briefs.

Revision Cycles

Revision cycles typically involve 2-6 additional drafts incorporating requested changes. The purpose of these cycles is to refine the project in the direction specified by the Client. Significant changes can be requested during the first and second revision cycles. However, by the third revision request, modifications should only pertain to the existing composition, and drafts will be adjusted accordingly.

Eligibility, Access, Use, and Service

Eligibility Requirements

To register as a Client with Digi-Tech Solution, you must be at least 18 years old, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and complete the registration process. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria, that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete, and that if you are registering on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. Digi-Tech Solution reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

Authorization to Use; Permitted Uses

You may access and use our services in accordance with these Terms and any additional policies or procedures posted on our Website. Access to and use of our services are granted only if you are a registered Client. Use this website at your own risk. Subject to these Terms, you may (i) view the Website on an internet-enabled device and (ii) print small portions of the Website for personal use, provided such use constitutes “fair use” under applicable copyright laws.

Prohibited Uses

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not: (i) display or print substantial portions of the Website; (ii) broadcast, distribute, download, perform, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store, or create derivative works from the Website; (iii) use the Website in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (iv) transmit, distribute, or store content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; (v) engage in spamming, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of solicitation; (vi) introduce or distribute harmful software such as viruses or malware; (vii) use false or misleading information during registration; (viii) alter or delete content provided by other users; (ix) impose an unreasonable load on the Website’s infrastructure; (x) use automated systems or software to navigate or search the Website beyond authorized search engines and web browsers; or (xi) attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any software associated with the Website.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Non-Delivery:
    • If the contracted service has not been initiated due to delays or other factors on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Preliminary Stage Dissatisfaction:
    • For services like manuscript evaluation, editing, or design, if you are unsatisfied after the initial draft or feedback stage, you may request a partial refund equivalent to the unused portion of the service.
  3. Errors or Oversights:
    • If errors or omissions in our services are proven to be due to our negligence. In that case, we will either rectify the issue at no additional cost or offer a refund proportional to the service affected.
  4. Order Cancellation by Client:
    • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the stage of project completion:
      • Before work begins: Full refund.
      • During the project: Refund proportional to work not yet completed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Completion of the service as per agreed terms and delivery of final outputs.
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences post-completion when the work aligns with the agreed scope and standards.
  • Client-initiated delays or changes in scope without prior agreement.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons and relevant evidence (if applicable) to our support team at support@digitechsolution.us
  • Our team will review the request within 10 business days and provide a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days thereafter.
